Our Process
Pre-Shoot
Our process begins with an initial consultation, where we take the time to understand your needs and goals for the project. We will work with you to identify the key points of interest in your property/project and develop a plan to showcase them through our photography. This is a great time to communicate the vision and purpose of the photos – for example, an interior designer looking for portfolio images, a construction company or architecture firm looking to capture their work, or a commercial real estate agent in the process of leasing an industrial warehouse. All are very common types of commercial real estate photography, each one different in its own respect.
We understand that every project has its own budget and time sensitivity, and we will work with you to create a plan that meets your needs. We are experienced in delivering high-quality photography on time and within budget, so you can rest assured that your project is in good hands. After discussing the project with you, we’ll send over a project proposal based on the type of project and work involved.
Once we agree on a budget and have a plan in place, we will work with you to pick a shoot date that works for everyone involved. We understand that coordination is key to a successful shoot, and we will make sure that everyone is on the same page and ready to go on the day of the shoot. We are happy to provide a pre-shoot checklist to make sure the property is photo-ready. Depending on the time of the property and the photoshoot requested, we’ll need to coordinate timing based on the position of the sun/exterior lighting.
Day-of Shoot
To ensure that everything goes smoothly on the day of the shoot, we will coordinate with a point person who will be responsible for providing access to the property and ensuring that everything is ready to go when we arrive. We understand that your time is valuable, and we will work efficiently to get the shots we need without causing any disruption to your daily operations. Our goal is to communicate and plan in advance so the day of the shoot is as smooth and seamless as possible.
Post-Shoot
After the shoot is complete, our editing process begins, where we will carefully select the best shots. We take great pride in our editing process and are committed to delivering photographs that tell a story and capture the essence of your property. Our standard turnaround time for commercial real estate photography is 7-14 business days, which can vary based on the project type. Our goal is to be efficient, while at the same time taking the amount of time necessary to edit and deliver a quality set of photos.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take for a daytime photography shoot?
Commerical projects vary depending on the size and scope of the project. Most shoots will take between a half day & full day of shooting.
How long does it take for a twilight photography shoot?
A twilight photography session takes, on average, 30-45 minutes. I typically will around 15 minutes before the sunset time to make sure all of the lights are turned on and will be on site 15-20 minutes after the sunset time.
How far do you travel?
I travel throughout the Central Valley. There is a travel fee included on any property that is 45 minutes or more from Fresno.
Do I need to be present for the photoshoot?
I don’t require you to be present for the photoshoot. However, you are encouraged to be present when possible to help ensure the project is ready.
Is there a late cancellation fee?
For shoots that are canceled the day of, there’s a $250 late fee.
