How long does an Airbnb photo shoot take?+
A daytime shoot takes 60 to 120 minutes on average, depending on the size of the rental and how many amenities and details there are to capture.
How long does a twilight session take?+
30 to 45 minutes. We arrive about 15 minutes before sunset to turn on every light and stay 15 to 20 minutes after.
Do you photograph mountain cabins?+
Yes. Cabins and lake houses in Shaver Lake, Bass Lake, Oakhurst, Coarsegold and Mariposa are a big part of our short-term rental work, and aerial photography is especially valuable for them. A travel fee applies to properties 40 minutes or more outside Fresno.
How should I prepare the rental?+
Set it up exactly as a guest would find it at check-in: beds made, towels out, counters clear, every bulb working. Hot tub covers off, outdoor furniture set, and any amenities you want featured ready to go.
Do I need to be there for the shoot?+
No. You're welcome to be on site to help make sure the rental is ready, but it isn't required. A lockbox or door code works fine.
How do I pay?+
Payment is made through the property website we send at delivery, processed by Square. All major cards are accepted, and payment unlocks downloads.
Is there a cancellation fee?+
Same-day cancellations carry a $100 late cancellation fee.
