Is there a travel fee?+
Shoots 40 minutes or more from Fresno include a travel fee. We serve Fresno, Clovis, Visalia, Tulare, Madera, Hanford, Lemoore, Selma, Oakhurst, Coarsegold and beyond.
When will I get my photos and video?+
Photos are delivered the next day. Reels and property videos are delivered in 24–48 hours.
How do I pay?+
Payment is made through the property website we send at delivery, processed by Square. All major cards are accepted, and payment unlocks downloads.
Is there a cancellation fee?+
Same-day cancellations carry a $100 late cancellation fee.
Do I need to be at the shoot?+
No. You're welcome to be there to make sure the home is ready, but a lockbox code works just as well.
What about commercial properties?+
Offices, retail and other commercial spaces are quoted per project. Choose Commercial in the booking portal and tell us about the space.
